When we lack words for fear, it doesn’t vanish—it demands a form. The conference “The Silent Cry of Fear. Sublimation as a Therapy for the Human Condition” explores sublimation as a psychological mechanism that transforms anxiety, aggression, and inner void into symbols and meaning that can heal. It presents a form of therapy for the human condition – one that does not spare us from tragedy and loss, but teaches us to endure and transform them into forces for growth and humanization.
