Tattoo is a very clever game between reality and fiction, but it is also a play which questions our ideals and values. A man dies and leaves his body as a legacy to his friends. But what will they do with it? What if this body is a valuable piece of art? How much does friendship worth? What remains from our incorruptible ideals and artistic opinions when there is a lot of money involved?
Director Radu Afrim manages to bring a lot of humor and extravagance to the play. Tattoo is a very acid performance, which will take the viewers on an emotional rollercoaster.
