Broken Heart, two installations from the Hearts series, specially created by a group of artists coordinated by Anca Boeriu and Andreea Sandu, incorporating recycled elements such as plastic and paper. Each heart carries a story, traveling and collecting the energy of the artists, architects, performers with whom it interacted, as well as the people from the NAC network. The first heart unites through a network of veins and arteries that pulse, while the second is divided, torn between reason and emotion, action and resignation, technology and humanity. These key messages have the power to change mentalities and perceptions, with words that can bring ideas, communities, and fragments of life together.
