16:00 — 19:00
The workshop proposes a working space in which improvisation becomes a pathway to activating a deeper connection with one’s own body, the surrounding space, and the people around us. We will explore exercises that awaken the body, making it more responsive and playful, while cultivating the readiness to react to what unfolds in the present moment. The workshop will be led by Andrea Gavriliu and Edwin Mokaya, who, alongside the types of exercises mentioned above, will also share choreographic material from the performance Fade to Grey, created and performed by them at Teatrul Grivița 53. Participants will therefore have the opportunity to work with material rich in rhythm and energy, exploring how the pleasure of movement and choreographic structure can meet within a vivid and dynamic creative process.
