Additionally, he oversees various ongoing real estate projects.

Anca Ungureanu

Director – Identity&Communication Department – UniCredit Bank

Anca Ungureanu has over 21 years of experience in marketing and communication. She has held the position of Identity & Communication Director at UniCredit Bank Romania since 2009, coordinating the bank’s internal and external communication, retail and corporate marketing, brand management, as well as involvement in community and corporate social responsibility projects. Anca also coordinates marketing and communication activities for UniCredit Leasing and UniCredit Consumer Financing.
Anca graduated from the EMBA program at the Berlin School of Creative Leadership, is an Aspen Young Leader (2013) and a Certified Sustainability Practitioner of the Institute for Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA).

She is co-founder of Beans & Dots Specialty Coffee Shop & Kitchen since January 2017, a family business started out of an enthusiasm for specialty coffee and gastronomy.
Throughout her professional career, Anca has served on numerous juries in advertising, digital communications, PR, design and business startup competitions.

Antoaneta Curteanu

Member of the Executive Board/Executive Vice President – Retail Division – UniCredit Bank

Antoaneta Curteanu has vast experience in the banking system, over 25 years of which 19 within the UniCredit Group.
From 2005 to 2007 she was Executive Vice President and Member of the Executive Board of UniCredit Romania, and in 2007 she became Deputy Director of the Corporate and Global Transaction Banking Division of UniCredit Tiriac Bank. In 2010 he became CEO of the leader of the leasing market – UniCredit Leasing Romania, a position she held until May 2016, when she took on the role of Coordinator of the Corporate Investment and Private Banking Division and Member of the Executive Board of UniCredit Bulbank in Bulgaria. Since November 2019, she has been a Member of the Executive Board and Executive Vice President of the Retail Division of UniCredit Bank S.A.

Antoaneta Curteanu is a graduate of the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies, holds a master’s degree in Banking from Louisiana State University in the USA, and is a member of EPWN – European Professional Women Network.

Carmen Iablonschi

With 20 years’ experience in the banking industry, Carmen considers herself lucky. Her passion for business and figures, as well as for the human side, has resulted in a complex job as a Sales Trainer at UniCredit Bank since 2010.

Because life is a continuous process of development, in 2016 she graduated from the entrepreneurship workshop EMPRETEC Romania, a program developed by Harvard University.

Since May 2017 she joined as a partner trainer in the design business accelerator program – ZAIN Accelerator, the program being a springboard for those who wanted to develop a design product.

This was followed by the Academy of Creative Minds competition, a financial and entrepreneurial education program of UniCredit Bank, where she judged the business digitization grant competition.

An expert accountant and financial auditor, Irina has been running the accounting and financial auditing company FIN EXPERT for 20 years.

She is a graduate of the Faculty of Economic Sciences in Iasi, specializing in Finance and Accounting.

Irina is:
– Certified Public Accountant, member of the Romanian Association of Expert Accountants and Certified Public Accountants since 2001;
– Financial auditor, member of the Chamber of Financial Auditors of Romania since 2004;
– Financial auditor authorized by the Chamber of Financial Auditors of Romania to audit European projects – since 2014;
– Financial auditor authorized by the Authority for Public Oversight of Statutory Audit Activity – since 2018.

Tudor Colțan

Business Lawyer – Managing Partner Benga, Colțan&Asociații

Tudor Colțan is an entrepreneur and managing partner of Benga, Colțan & Associates, a law firm specializing in Business Law, which promotes digitization and the combination of Law and Technology.
